The first collection under the brand Luda Nikishina was launched in 2008 and was highly acclaimed by both clients and critics. The collections ‘sold out’ in such boutiques as “Backstage Gallery” and department store Tsvetnoy central market which brought new ideas to life and established Luda Nikishina as a brand.
In 2010 Luda Nikishina started to work on a second line of casual wear for a younger audience branded ludaluda. This allowed the designer more freedom to experiment, combining classic dress with more radical ideas.
In 2010 Russian Fashion Week chose to feature Luda Nikishina’s SS11 collection show.
